Dimora Duomo Hotel - Naples

Absolutely thrilled with my stay! So comfortable and clean, such a wonderful check-in experience.

I have stayed here before, and it is still a really amazing experience. The staff are very very nice and accommodating and offer concierge service and ironing free of charge. The ambiance is quiet. The hotel is in the central location in the heart of Naples. Would definitely book again, I truly enjoyed this place.

The service was absolutely attentive. We booked twin/double room that was complete with really good facilities as well as a coffee machine as advertised. Everyone from the staff was extremely friendly and supper friendly. The hotel had a marvellous location in perfect location close to everything downtown...

I was quite frustrated by the relentless street noise. Despite the so-called soundproofing, it was hard to get a decent night's sleep due to the bustling traffic. The limited storage space made unpacking a nightmare, leading to a cluttered room that felt cramped.

There were a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television in the room, loved that. The bed was lovely with hypoallergenic pillows. All the services were accommodating:)))

Lovely beds and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Clean private bathroom. Magnificent location with parking nearby.

DiMora Duomo offered a great location, with access to explore Naples. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Enjoyed the customizable breakfast, delivered each morning right to our door. A nice touch. Staff members were responsive, easily reachable via WhatsApp, and provided valid local dining recommendations. The noise from the busy boulevard was a downside. Despite soundproof glass, fresh air was missed with the windows closed. Could be inconvenient with heavy luggage.

The noise from the busy boulevard can be quite disruptive at times!!! The limited storage space felt frustrating for organizing belongings!!! A little more attention to the finer details would enhance the experience!!!

The bathroom shower design was unfortunately flawed, causing water to leak over the floor, which could be quite inconvenient.

The room was spacious and very modern. I loved the big, comfy bed and the excellent rainfall shower! Breakfast was my favorite part, delivered right to my room. The only downside was the noise from the busy street, even with the soundproof windows. Still, I really enjoyed the modern vibe and cleanliness of the space!

It was an excellent fit for a hurried visit in Naples with the best value for money ratio. The housekeeping team was fantastic, providing us fresh towels daily after our long sightseeing days. Keep your valuables organized since there's limited storage space.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby hiking and biking trails. Marco was super responsive, especially with the breakfast delivered to our room each morning! We even had time for fun adventures like mountain biking. Highly recommend checking out the local winery tours too.

The corner room was bright and airy with dual aspect balconies, offering a modern, spacious feel. Marco's quick assistance with travel arrangements was commendable, and the breakfast delivered right to my door was a good treat each morning. The lively neighborhood added to the charm.
